United States support to green movement in Iran: mandatory or nice to have?

Nathan Hodge at Wired Danger Room asks the question if US should support Iran green movement (full article at http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2009/07/does-irans-green-movement-need-us-aid/).

In my opinion Unitd States support is a need and not a nice to have.

And maybe is going on right now.

I think that this self started (or at least started with a little help 😉 movement is a unique chance for US – and the whole world -to subvert iranian regime and try to obtain that a moderated islamic government rises in one of the most critical countries in the world.

In my opinon US understood this chance and helped starting the movement with technology and humint, and need to continue this support.
